Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

The data controller for your personal data is Wissal Arhlam, operating the Haiba platform (haiba.ma). For any questions about your data, contact us at hello@haiba.ma.

2. Data we collect

Haiba collects the data needed to run the platform: phone number, name, measurements, photos, city, email, and profile information you choose to provide. No card data is collected or stored at all: payments are made in cash at a CashPlus agency and Haiba keeps only the receipt reference.

3. How we use data

Your data is used to: create and display your professional portfolio, connect you with brands, notify you of relevant castings, process payments, and improve our services.

4. Data sharing

Your public profile information (name, photos, measurements, city) is visible to all visitors of the platform. Your phone number is shared with a brand in two cases:

• a booking between you and that brand has been confirmed by that brand (status “confirmed”), or
• the brand has unlocked a contact reveal, either because its Membre subscription includes it or through a one-off purchase.

In the second case, the purchase is logged in your reveal history and does not require your explicit consent on each reveal. If you do not want your contact to be revealable, remove the number from your profile. Haiba never sells your data to third parties.

5. Sub-processors

To operate, Haiba relies on the following providers: Vercel (hosting and image storage), Neon (database), Resend (transactional email), PostHog (anonymised analytics). Each of these providers is bound by contractual data-protection commitments.

6. Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers (Vercel, Neon). Photos are hosted on Vercel Blob Storage. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS.

7. Your rights

You can edit or delete your information at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account, contact our support team. In accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 and the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) where applicable, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection to the processing of your data.

8. Cookies

Haiba uses essential cookies for authentication and anonymous analytics cookies (PostHog) to improve the user experience. No advertising cookies are used.

9. Data retention

Your profile data is kept for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is erased within 30 days, except for data that Haiba is required to retain for legal obligations (billing, accounting).
